Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, able to lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily F&B operations for smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Assist with stock control and ordering.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Selection Criteria:
Previous supervisory experience in F&B required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures.
Flexible availability (including weekends and evenings).
Positive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
