Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Timber Machine Operator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising a small team, maintaining workshop efficiency, and ensuring smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 6 staff members
• Manage workflow and organize daily production tasks
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Sharpen and repair machine blades when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized factory environment
• Ensure product quality and timely completion of customer orders
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or timber-related environment preferred
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
• Ability to read measurements using a tape measure
• Basic reading and writing skills are required
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team setting
