We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to enhance our Sunset Cruise experience and create lasting memories for our guests.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sunset Cruise Manager to lead our renowned Haabar Sunset Cruise. This role involves overseeing daily cruise operations, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional service, breathtaking views, and a welcoming atmosphere. ✔ Oversee daily operations of the Haabar Sunset Cruise, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
✔ Maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere throughout the cruise.
✔ Recruit, train, and manage cruise staff while handling scheduling and coordination.
✔ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the cruise.
✔ Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations and vessel maintenance.
✔ Address customer inquiries and feedback to enhance service quality.
✔ Partner with local businesses for special events and promotional activities.
✔ Proven experience in tourism, hospitality, or cruise operations.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on customer service.
✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Knowledge of marine safety standards and operational procedures.
