Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stock Clerk/Store Associate to join our newly opened retail store. You will be responsible for keeping shelves well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience. Duties include receiving and unpacking merchandise, arranging stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping the store clean and orderly.
This position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and customer-focused.
Selection Criteria:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry stock, stand/walk for 4-8 hour shifts, and perform repetitive tasks like bending, reaching, and shelving
Soft Skills: Team player with good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Must be comfortable working independently and efficiently
Availability: Flexible to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings. If working under 7 hours, bus fare will be covered.
Salary: VT 300 per hour
