Position Overview:
We are looking for a Website Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the functionality of our website, ensuring content is up-to-date, and improving the overall user experience. You will also evaluate website performance and assist in training staff when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update website content regularly.
Monitor website performance and user experience.
Ensure the site remains secure, functional, and aligned with our brand.
Work with internal teams to keep promotions and information current.
Train staff in basic website operations if required.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience in website management or a related field.
Background in customer service.
Ability to train and support other staff.
Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
Fluent in English.
