Job Description
Melanesian Hotel is seeking a skilled and motivated Website Manager to oversee the management and development of the hotel's online presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the website remains up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with the hotel's business goals. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and updating website content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinating website promotions, special offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring website performance and recommending improvements where necessary.
• Ensuring the website functions effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Identifying and resolving website issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Working closely with marketing and sales teams to support customer engagement and business growth.
• Implementing strategies to improve online visibility and website effectiveness.

Selection Criteria
• Previous experience in website administration or website management.
• Good understanding of website technologies and online platforms.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and online promotion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
