Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee all joinery workshop manufacturing activities. You will manage production schedules, coordinate with staff, and ensure high-quality outputs are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily joinery workshop manufacturing operations.
Hold weekly production/contract meetings with management and sales staff to update job and delivery schedules.
Conduct Tool Box Talks and workplace health and safety meetings.
Assign tasks to workshop labour and communicate requirements clearly.
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.
Selection Criteria:
Over 5 years’ experience in quality control.
Proven experience in the timber industry (required).
Skilled in timber selection and sizing.
Previous experience coordinating staff.
Open to all qualified applicants.
