We are a manufacturing company specialising in aluminium, glass, and PVC joinery products, delivering high-quality workmanship and customised solutions to our clients
We are seeking an experienced and organised Workshop Manager to oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow within our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and coordinate daily workflow and staff assignments
•Ensure workshop procedures and production processes are properly followed
•Monitor and account for tools at the start and end of each workday
•Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised factory environment
•Oversee order tracking, quality control, and ensure timely completion before dispatch
•Prepare and manage job quotations

Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality control
•Proven background in the joinery industry (essential)
•Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating staff
•Open to all qualified applicants
