Organisation Overview
We are a timber supply and joinery manufacturing company specialising in high-quality timber products and customised joinery solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage all workshop production activities on a day-to-day basis
•Conduct weekly production and contract meetings with the Project Manager, Managing Director, and Sales Team to provide updates on job progress and delivery timelines
•Lead toolbox talks and workplace health and safety meetings
•Allocate tasks to workshop staff and ensure job requirements are clearly communicated
•Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and delivery deadlines are achieved
Requirements
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control
•Strong background in the timber industry (essential)
•Knowledge and experience in timber selection and sizing
•Proven ability to supervise and coordinate staff
