Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of the joinery workshop manufacturing activities.
Conduct weekly production and contracts meetings with the project manager, managing director, and sales team to provide job updates and delivery schedules.
Organize and lead Tool Box Talks and health & safety meetings.
Assign tasks to workshop labor, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Ensure work is completed within deadlines and delivery schedules are met.
