Satellite communication on the resort is provided by TVL landline ( 3G advised to be available), and the landline is operational. Mobile phone coverage is provided by Digicel and TVL communications.
The resort consists of 4 x 2 bedroom locally built bungalows, 4 x 1 bedroom locally built bungalows, 1 x Managers residence with one bedroom bungalow with kitchen and living room plus an outdoor balcony. All bungalows have an ensuite coral floor bathroom with gas hot water provided to each. The gorgeous sand floor restaurant seats 24 guests and is fitted out with a kitchen.

The resort is operating with a local Ni-Vanuatu couple living on site with instructions from the owners. The current owners visit the resort approximately two or three times per year and otherwise liase in between those times. The Ni-Vanuatu Managers 1 year contract is approved by the Department of Labour and there are 8 full time staff employed.
Current booking contracts in place are with all the major travel industry wholesalers and there is a strong presence with online travel portals.
This resort also enjoys income from pickups and departures to and from the airport, tours to villages and the volcano as well as income from the restaurant.
