This house is just gorgeous. Built to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The minute I walked through the main door I was totally impressed after watching this build over the last few months.

The whole house definitely does have the “wow” factor. The beautiful floor tiles throughout are 60 x 60 size which gives the floors a look of luxury and seamlessness. All tiles have all been laid by one of Vanuatu’s best tilers.
The large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen is a entertainer’s delight complete with soft closing cupboards and doors with loads of cupboards and bench space equip with brand new cooking appliances.
The high ceilings and wide hallways just add another dimension to this property. There is loads of natural light coming into the home due to the lovely large windows. All windows do have automatic roller shutters that will also allow the lovely breeze through even when closed.
The floor plan is very well thought out. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fifth room is very spacious and also can be a bedroom, study, office or games / TV room. The Master bedroom has a large walk in robe and ensuite complete with double basins. The tiles are luxury plus. When I saw the ensuite I went “wow”. The second bathroom is also amazing with a deep bath and a feature wall of Mediterranean tiles. This is very unique and pleasing to the eye.
All electrical works and plumbing have also been done by very reputable trade establishments. The whole house is equipped with modern power saving down lights and very efficient ceiling fans. An automatic double garage and electric gates are part of this package and the property is fully fenced and gated with outdoor sensor lights and sunset switches.
As this is a large home it is very suitable for a large family or if you are an entertainer there is plenty of room for friends and family.
