    Undine Bay Marina Estates is a planned eco-friendly and sustainable development.

    Building controls will ensure high standards of design and construction of the residential homes and the commercial buildings that will service the boat harbour.


    Water and electricity are available to all the sections in the Marina Estate. Individual lot owners pay for their connections, and supply is metered.


    Future Developments


    A resort hotel is planned for development on an adjacent area within the estate on the eastern side of the boat harbour. The hotel will provide services for residents, including management and short-term letting options.


    A Yacht Club is planned to be built on the hotel land and will be available for membership by residents and their families.


    The Body Corporate will provide security services within the gated community.
